Fact.
Almost as hard as running an internet campaign for an actor to be considered for a highly coveted role in a major motion picture, that’s slated to be a world wide hit for months on end. Oh, also notoriety . #Finnickwatch2012 #Armie4Finnick
Reblog away!
I see Garrett’s fans have taken over the comments….
If you are a fan of Armie and want him to play Finnick Odair, please show some support and leave a positive comment about him and why he should be Finnick! It might not make a big difference in him being cast, but at least people will know he has people who are optimistic about him becoming this character that we love! :)

Reblogging, because right now some people are being rather obnoxious. Do us all a favor and write a comment, but be respectful, don’t say “Armie is Finnick, he’s the only choice!” Or something equally contestable in court, because he’s not, no one is. Just state why you think he’d make a good Finnick, don’t pit anyone against anyone else, it’s foolish frankly, and a waste of your energies.
That is all.
Can he please, please, please be seriously considered for Finnick? He’s hamming it up, and he’s still adorable, and charming, this is what Finnick needs to be able to do, but whilst wearing netting, and a smile.
That is one good-looking man.
What is your most prince-like quality?
Let’s be jerks and pretend he was asked “what’s your most Finnick-like Quality?” But, honestly — his most Finnick like quality isn’t what he looks like only, it’s his mannerisms, his background, his hobbies, his devotion to his wife, his sense of humor — and his talent.
I hear he’s shirtless 4 times in Mirror, Mirror — this just means he’s fully prepared for being shirtless as Finnick, if he’s in fact cast. Don’t know about the gold netting though, that he’d have to psych himself up for.
I can’t even describe this without rainbows falling out of my head. It’s so perfect, and if you ever wondered how he’d handle someone who’s much smaller, and younger, and more vulnerable than him — this shows you. Also, he’s damn handsome, is he not?
What am I supposed to do with a puppy?
Armie Hammer at a recent press event for Mirror Mirror. Honest to god, this is exactly how I — Rebekah — pictured Finnick to look in Mockingjay! Stubbly, grown out wavy locks, a little bit tired, but over all — one of the most handsome men for 1000s upon 1000s of miles. Could they just cast him, please?!
Finnick is on your side Katniss, put the bow and arrow down!
Armie Hammer featurette for Mirror Mirror.
this poster does not hurt my eyes, no not at all…
Such vibrant color, this is why I love the director of this film, he’s not afraid of color!
Um, yeah - any doubts about him not having the right body for Finnick, feast your eyes on that torso. Personally, when I pictured Finnick, I pictured a body like his - so, works for me very much so. Also, just sittin’ here playing Spot the Belly Button is fun.
hello, Finnick :B
These costumes are epic! Guys, his hat has ears, his hat has ears. Well at least we know he’s not adverse to wearing ridiculous costumes… wonder how he’d handle a gold net?
