My First Choice for Finnick Odair: Armie Hammer
I always thought that for the Capitol to be enamored with Finnick he has to be something else. The Capitol has probably seen ‘everything’ since they do extensive physical alteration but what can make them pause and take notice of someone? I think its someone who looks like prince charming from a fairy tale.
Armie Hammer being cast as the prince in ‘Mirror Mirror’ should be proof enough of his good looks. There is just something dashingly handsome about Armie that will make you oogle at him. His good looks is not rugged —- not lanky —- not dark —-but very very very classic.
Not to mention he’s 6’4 1/2 —- he will definitely be taller than Liam Hemsworth’s Gale which is much welcome since Finnick is the symbol of such as fine specimen. And Jennifer Lawrence will still be shorter than him if even if she wears 6 inch heels! LOL
Another thing I love about Armie…his voice. Listen to him in Mirror Mirror! Deep voice…that I can practically imagine him saying ‘Want a sugarcube’ or ‘Does this distract you?’. This man can pull it off! He has enough good looks to capture the over 25 fanbase of Hunger Games and those below it!

I mean okay. He’s 25 and good looking, he could definitely be the flirty seductive guy, but still be tortured inside. He’s 6’5 and built which means he can carry both Peeta and Mags around through the arena. When he was a child he grew up on an island and used to fish all the time. Also he said in an interview that he knows how to tie a lot of different knots. Uhm. Hello? This guy IS finnick. Just like Tom IS Loki. Get your shit together. I think he should be Finnick.
